Tabletop exercise

A facilitated, scenario-based exercise that tests whether your continuity or emergency plan actually works, not just whether it reads well on paper.

FEMA ICS/NIMS-based facilitation · Conducted virtually · Written after-action report · Tests decisions, not just documents

WHAT THIS IS

A plan that has never been tested is a plan that has never been proven.

Plan Review tells you what is missing on paper. A tabletop exercise tells you what happens when real people have to make real decisions under time pressure, using the plan you actually have.

This is a live, facilitated session, not a lecture. Your team works through an unfolding scenario, and we document where the plan held and where it broke down.

PRICING

Fixed fee, scoped by session length and participant count.

Tier one · $3,500

Single department or team, half-day session, up to 15 participants.

Tier two · $5,500

Multi-department session, full day, or two connected scenarios.

Tier three · Quote

Executive crisis simulation, multi-site exercise, or a recurring annual program.

The Plan Review fee is credited against a tabletop exercise if booked within 90 days.

PROCESS

01 Intake

You tell us your plan, your team structure, and the scenario type that concerns you most.

02 Scenario design

We build a realistic, unfolding scenario specific to your organization and plan.

03 Facilitated session

Your team works through the scenario live. We facilitate, observe, and document.

04 After-action report

You receive written findings on what worked, what did not, and what to fix first.

AFTER THE EXERCISE

Revision

Where the plan needs changes, we can quote a revision separately.

Recurrence

Many organizations run a tabletop annually. We can quote a recurring program.

Assessment or retainer

Where findings point to physical conditions or ongoing oversight, the fee credits toward further engagement.

Tell us about your plan. We will build the scenario that tests it.
