Security assessment
An independent, on-site physical security assessment scored against CPTED principles and, where applicable, Florida Statute 768.0706. Site walkthrough, written findings, and a prioritized remediation list.
CPTED-based methodology · Florida CPTED Practitioner · Daytime and nighttime lighting review · Written findings, not an equipment proposal
WHAT THIS IS
Most security assessments are equipment proposals wearing an assessment’s name.
A vendor walks the property, identifies gaps that happen to match what they sell, and delivers a quote. Security Assessment is independent of any equipment or installation relationship.
This is a physical, on-site evaluation, not a document review. Findings are stated as observed conditions and prioritized by actual exposure, not by what generates a sale.
PRICING
Fixed fee, scoped by site size and complexity.
Tier one · $3,000
Single site, daytime walkthrough. Typical for a house of worship, a medical practice, a single-building association, or a small commercial property.
Tier two · $4,500
Single site with nighttime lighting review included, or a small campus. Typical for a multifamily property subject to Florida Statute 768.0706, a school, or a multi-building association.
Tier three · Quote
Larger portfolios, multiple sites, or multi-jurisdiction operations. Scoped after intake.
The assessment fee is credited against a retainer engagement if one begins within 90 days.

Some properties come back in solid shape with a short list of manageable fixes. That is a good outcome and we say so.
Remediation
Where physical changes are recommended, we advise on scope. We do not sell or install equipment.
Retainer
Where findings point to ongoing oversight needs, the assessment fee is credited against a retainer engagement.
Send us the property details. We will tell you where it stands.
