Governance and program structure review
An independent review of who actually owns security decisions in your organization, whether that authority is written down, and whether it matches who is actually accountable when something goes wrong.
Interviews and document review · Decision authority and reporting lines · Written findings, not a governance framework template
WHAT THIS IS
Someone has to own security. Most organizations have never written down who.
When a security decision needs to be made, capital spent, a vendor selected, a policy approved, most organizations discover in the moment that no one was actually assigned to make that call. This review finds that gap before an incident does.
This is a review of decision structure and accountability, not a facility walkthrough and not a policy-writing exercise. It examines org charts, reporting lines, budget authority, and interviews with leadership to document where security governance actually sits today.

Clarify
Some organizations already have clear ownership. That is a good outcome and we say so.

Retainer
Where findings point to ongoing oversight needs, the fee is credited against a retainer engagement.
Tell us your structure. We will tell you where the gaps are.
