What this is
Most plans are never read by anyone outside the organization that wrote them.
A plan written three years ago, or written by a vendor, or assembled from a template, has usually never been measured against anything. Plan review is that measurement. We read the document, score it against a published standard, and tell you where the gaps are and which ones matter first.
This is a gap analysis against a named standard. It is not an opinion that your plan is adequate or inadequate, and it is not a certification. Findings are stated as conformance gaps, which is what makes them usable by your counsel, your board, and your carrier.
Pricing
Fixed fee, scoped by the size of the plan.
Tier one · $2,500
Single site. Plan under 40 pages. Typical for a house of worship, a medical practice, a single-building association, or a small firm.
Tier two · $3,500
Campus or multi-building. Plan under 100 pages. Typical for a private school, a condo association with multiple towers, or a firm with more than one office.
Tier three · Quote
Larger portfolios, multi-jurisdiction operations, or plans above 100 pages. Scoped after intake.
The review fee is credited against a facility assessment if one is engaged within 90 days.

- Review of decision authority: who is empowered to close, release staff, and reopen
- Review of notification and communication procedures

- One revision round after your comments

Not included
- A site visit. Plan review is a document review.
- IT disaster recovery, backup architecture, or recovery time objectives
- An opinion that the plan is adequate, sufficient, or compliant
- Certification against any standard
- Rewriting the plan. Plan development is quoted separately.
- Ongoing revisions beyond the single included round
Process
Four steps, ten business days.
01 Intake
You tell us the organization type, number of sites, plan length, and plan age. That determines the tier and the standard we score against.
02 Documents
You upload the plan and any supporting annexes through a secure link after engagement. The clock starts when documents are received.
03 Review
We score the plan against the standard, section by section, and document every conformance gap with the reasoning behind it.
04 Delivery
You receive the written findings and the prioritized remediation list, followed by a 60-minute debrief and one revision round.
After the review
Where clients usually go next.
Nothing
A number of plans come back sound in structure with a short list of fixes the client handles internally. That is a good outcome and we say so.
Rewrite
When the plan cannot be repaired in place, we quote plan development separately. Fixed fee, scoped after the review findings.
Assessment or retainer
Where the findings point to physical conditions or ongoing oversight, the review fee is credited against a facility assessment engaged within 90 days.
