Jay D. Voigt, FCP

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Jay Voigt is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Intel Service, where he has dedicated his life’s work to building safer communities and strengthening organizational resilience. With more than a decade of law enforcement and public safety leadership, he brings a unique balance of professional expertise and personal commitment to protecting people, property, and peace of mind.

As Commander of the Criminal Investigations Section, he led sensitive, high-profile cases with compassion, diligence, and the highest standards of integrity. Service with the United States Secret Service on the Miami Cyber Crimes Task Force, along with contributions to the U.S. Marshals Service security detail during the 2025 Presidential Inauguration, reinforced the ability to manage critical incidents and collaborate across agencies during moments of national importance.

His career has also been defined by innovation and prevention. He directed citywide initiatives such as the creation of a Real-Time Crime Center and advanced CCTV systems that unified data streams to improve situational awareness. Cybersecurity upgrades, modern law enforcement technologies, and vital grant funding followed under his leadership. At every stage, strong partnerships with community members, business leaders, and government agencies were prioritized to create safer spaces for people to live, work, and gather.
