Jay Voigt is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Intel Service, a strategic advisory firm specializing in risk, security, compliance, and public-sector strategy. With over a decade of leadership experience in law enforcement, interagency coordination, and organizational risk management, Jay brings both operational insight and executive perspective to complex security challenges.

Throughout his career, Jay has led major modernization initiatives, intelligence-led operations, and comprehensive risk assessments for critical environments. His expertise spans investigative operations, citywide safety improvements, and multi-agency emergency preparedness, reinforcing his ability to guide organizations through high-stakes situations with clarity and confidence.

As a certified Florida CPTED Practitioner (FCP), FAA Part 107 drone pilot, and graduate of the Southern Police Institute’s Command Management Course and FBI-LEEDA Trilogy, Jay is recognized for his commitment to excellence and continuous professional development. He has also completed the National Disaster & Emergency Management Professional Development Series, further enhancing his strategic capabilities in disaster readiness, continuity planning, and response coordination.

Through GIS, Jay serves as a trusted advisor and solutions orchestrator, providing intelligence-driven, vendor-neutral guidance to organizations across the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
