Giselle Voigt, RN

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Giselle Voigt is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Global Intel Service, where she has shaped the company’s best-in-class Insurance Underwriting Support services from the ground up. A Registered Nurse with a compact multi-state license and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, she blends nearly a decade of frontline clinical practice with strategic leadership experience to deliver support that is precise, reliable, and deeply human.

Her career reflects a rare balance of clinical knowledge, regulatory expertise, and process innovation. As a Care Manager Team Lead, Giselle guided a team that supported Medicare members through some of their most critical health needs. She developed strategies to close care gaps, ensured compliance with evolving regulations, and advocated for patients in complex grievance and appeal cases. In her role as Subject Matter Expert in areas like Transportation Grievance and Appeals, she reviewed and advised on cases involving life-sustaining treatments such as dialysis and cancer care — work that sharpened her ability to navigate complexity, deliver fairness, and provide compassionate oversight.

Earlier in her career, Giselle built her foundation in the emergency room at Mercy Hospital, where she learned to triage, assess, and act decisively under pressure. She later served as an RN Health Coach and Case Manager, developing personalized care plans for patients with chronic conditions. These experiences gave her an unparalleled perspective on long-term health risks, patient behavior, and the critical importance of detail-oriented care — skills that now directly inform her leadership of underwriting support operations.

At Global Intel Service, Giselle has transformed these experiences into systems that help insurers improve accuracy, reduce risk, and strengthen outcomes. She has spearheaded quality control processes, standardized compliance checks, and introduced data-driven analysis to improve efficiency without sacrificing empathy. Clients benefit not just from her clinical expertise, but from her ability to build teams, improve workflows, and elevate the underwriting process to a higher standard.

What sets Giselle apart is her holistic view of risk: she doesn’t just see files or data points — she sees the people and stories behind them. This human-centered perspective ensures that Global Intel Service delivers underwriting support that is accurate, efficient, and profoundly empathetic. Under her leadership, clients gain not only a trusted partner, but also the peace of mind that every case is handled with the highest level of care and integrity.
